Chicken and cauliflower

Tonight we're having Roasted Garlic Cauliflower and Cranberry Drunken Chicken for dinner.  I couldn't find lime leaves, so we're ignoring the "lime leaf" part of that second recipe.  I also read the cauliflower recipe wrong, so used 3 cloves of garlic instead of 2 T.  (I always use a bit more garlic than things call for... I like it a lot.)  My head of cauliflower was a bit small though, so I may be ok.
